PATIENTS RIGHTS
All records are handled with utmost attention to patient data security and confidentiality. Personal information submitted to us through your preferred communication channel are highly secured and all personal information are secured in own personal patient folder.

You recognize and acknowledge that in order to facilitate the provision of Medical Services for you, we will need to provide certain details of your personal information, including any medical information or records you provide to us, to our Clinic and to the hands of highly skilled Doctors and Health Care Proffesionals. You explicitly consent to the transfer and disclosure of your personal and non-personal information to these individuals mentioned above. We may also use your contact details, including your phone number and email address to contact you in serious cases.
The protection of our users’ personal information is extremely important to us. Healthgain , Ltd. does its best to protect your privacy. The information that we collect from our users is used only to arrange the travel to the Clinic in Brno, Czech Republic and to secure consultation and potentialy procedure on the Clinic.
However, information sent over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure as it is subject to possible interception, loss or alteration. You understand and agree to assume the security risk for any information you provide to us. We are not responsible for any information sent over the Internet and will not be liable for any damages or other loss incurred in connection with any information sent by you to us over the internet. You must be an adult or have parental or guardian’s permission to submit a request or contact information through this website.
TRANSFER & ACCOMMODATION
Healthgain, Ltd. provides transport from Vienna or Brno airport free of charge, the fee for this service is included in the price of the complete package. In the same way, accommodation in the partner hotel in Brno for the period specified in the description of the procedure and its time requirement is also part of the complete package.
PAYMENTS
Payment can be made either in cash/by card upon arrival at our clinic or by bank transfer using the following details listed below on our website.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is highly recommended. In the event of an accident or other health complication, Healthgain, Ltd. is not legally responsible if the client does not take out travel insurance.
HEALTHGAIN LIABILITIES
Healthgain, Ltd. The Company shall not be liable for any delays and changes in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – as a result of force majeure. We shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to persons, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transport or other services arising – directly or indirectly – as a result of force majeure. The signed terms and conditions upon receipt of payment of any amount from the Patient/Participant are binding on the Participant/Patient and form a contract between Healthgain Ltd and the Participant/Patient.
